摘要
通过上海交通大学医学院2007年国家重点学科评选结果的剖析，并就人选的国家重点学科和重点（培育）学科与申报落选的学科从队伍建设、科学研究、人才培养及条件建设等四个方面进行对比分析，提出学科建设与发展的若干思路，对学院的可持续发展具有重要意义。
In this article some ideas on the discipline construction and development in the school of medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University were put forward based on the results analysis of state key discipline application in 2007 and comparison between approval and failure disciplines from team, research, graduates education and lab construction. It will be meaningful for the sustainable development of the school of medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in future.
