摘要
实验中经激光热处理的缸套表面硬度可达HV800~1000,使用寿命提高2倍以上.文中探讨了工艺条件,初步分析了激光热处理的硬化机理,认为晶粒细化、马氏体高位错密度和固溶含碳量是获得超高硬度的主要原因.
In experiment,a cylinder sleeve shows a surface hardness up to HV800~1 000 and a service life over two fold after laser heat treatment.A study is made on its technology and condition and an initial analysis is given to the mechanism of hardening.The authors believe that the ultrahigh hardness is chiefly due to the pulverization of crystal grains,the high lying dislocation density of martensites,and the content of carbon in solid solution.
