摘要
瓦楞纸箱运输包装系统的优化设计是一个多目标函数、多变量的优化问题,以仓储空间利用率最大为优化目标函数,瓦楞纸箱强度为约束条件,优化瓦楞纸箱结构、配料方案及装载模式,能够全面进行纸箱优化设计,较好实现瓦楞纸箱对产品的安全保护、方便储运功能。运用VC++程序来设计瓦楞纸箱的尺寸,使得系统根据不同的设计目的,输入相应的参数,计算机根据相应的编译程序进行计算,然后输出结果。
Optimal designing of corrugated box transport and pacting system is an multi optimization with mutiple objeetive function and variables. It can Optimize the structure of the corrugated box ,the scheme of the ingredients and the model of the loading.by taking the maxinum utilization of the storage space as the objective function and taking the scrength as binding condition.It also can carry out the overall optimation and realize the safeguard, store and transportation conveniently. Applying va ++ program to design corrugated box dimension, it can input the corresponding prarameter accordicy to different desigr purpose. The computer caculates according to the compiler and output the result.
