摘要
文章首先论述了应急物流的基本理论,包括概念、分类、内容以及其它方面,阐述了灾害应急物流的特点,然后,分析了我国在灾害应急物流方面存在的问题和一些不足之处,提出了一些建议与对策。
This paper elaborated the emergency logistics elementary theory at first, including the concept, the classification, the content as well as other aspects, elaborated disaster emergency logistics characteristic, then has analyzed the problems which the emergency logistics aspect exists and some deficiencies. Then it puts forward some proposals and the countermeasure.
