汽车助力转向用无刷直流电机控制系统建模与仿真

摘要 直流无刷电动机是利用电子换相技术代替直流电动机的电刷换相的一种新型直流电动机,具有运行效率高、起动转矩大、调速范围广、结构简单、运行可靠等优点,随着高性能磁性材料问世,大大提高了直流无刷电动机的性能,使其在汽车上的应用会更加广泛。根据无刷直流电机的数学模型和运行原理,通过MATLAB软件的Simulink模块,搭建了电机及整个控制系统的仿真模型。结果表明:该模型的仿真结果与理论分析基本吻合,为系统的设计和调试提供了重要的参考价值。 Brushless DC motor is a new type DC motor used the electronic exchange of technology to replace brush-tor-phase.h has the advantages of high effieienty,large starting torque,speed range,simple structure and reliable operation.As new magic materials have been found,the performance of DC motor has been improked significantly and applied widely on automobile.It built simulation model of the whole antrot system through simulink according to the run principle.The result shows that simulation result, is basically consistent with the theory. This provides an important referecne value for system design and debugging.
