摘要
通过热解法制备锰复合催化剂作为氧还原的催化剂。采用XRD和SEM对制备的锰催化剂进行了晶型结构表征,同时采用阴极极化曲线、恒电位方波和恒电流放电等电化学测试手段,研究了该催化剂在碱性电解液中的催化性能。结果表明,热分解法制备的锰催化剂为Mn3O4。Mn3O4催化剂在碱性介质中具有较好的电催化活性;以Mn为催化剂的铝-空气电池在6mol/LNaOH溶液中,具有较好的大电流放电性能。
A Mn composite oxygen catalyst was prepared by thermal decomposition. The structure and electrochemical performance of Mn composite oxygen catalyst in alkaline and neutral electrolyte were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction, cathodic polarization curves, constant-potential square, and constant-current discharge tests. The results showed that the Mn composite oxygen catalyst was Mn3O4 Mn3O4 oxygen catalyst had better eleetrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolyte. And the Al-air battery using Mn3O4 as oxygen catalyst had excellent arge-current discharge property in 6 mol/L NaOH solution.
