摘要
本文介绍SR530锁相放大器遥控及自动检测系统的构成。通过IEEE-488标准并行接口实现SR530与APPLE-Ⅱ微型机联机通讯,通过RS-232C标准串行接口实现SR530与IBM-PC微型机联机通讯,从而说明锁相放大器遥控夏自动测试系统构成的基本原理和基本方法。这些原理和方法对各种规格化精密数字式可编程仪器均适用。
In this paper, a configuration of the remote operation and automatic calibration system of SR530 Lock-in Amplifier is introduced. The interconnect communication between SR530 and APPLE-Ⅱ. IBM-PC microcomputers has been brought about by using IEEE—488 standard parallel and RS232C standard serial interfaces respectively. So the fundamental principle and way to make the config uration of the remote operation and automatic calibration system is shown. The principle and way is suitable for every kind of standardized accurate digital programable instruments.
