摘要
运用有限元法对热风阀阀板的热应力场进行了分析,分别计算了阀板在完全开启状态和关闭状态下阀板的热应力分布.结果表明,热应力出现在阀板的外水环,最大热应力值为207 MPa,此应力值小于材料的屈服极限,说明热疲劳是引起裂纹的重要原因之一,这与实际的失效形式相符,为热风阀的应用提供了理论基础.
The heat stress of the valve plate of hot blast valve is analyzed by using the finite element method. And the stress distribution is calculated when the valve plate is full open and close. The results show that heat stress appears on the outer water loop of valve plate, and the maximum heat stress is 207MPa, the stress is less than the yield limit of the material. It shows that heat fatigue is one of the important reasons which give rise to crack. This is in line with the actual form of failure and theory foundation for the application of hot blast valve is offered.
