摘要
借助博弈论的知识,分析了河南省经济发展与环境保护博弈主体利益矛盾的变化,提出在经济发展与环境保护过程中,通过河南省各级政府与企业间动态协同合作机制的建立,可实现河南经济发展与环境保护的双赢.
This article analyzes the change of the conflict between governments and enterprises during the process of economic development and environmental protection on the game theory. This article believes that will achieve a win-win situation by establish a dynamic collaboration mechanism in governments at all levels in Henan and enterprises.
