摘要
对工业上一种承载大型焊接构件的焊接平台的强度问题进行了有限元分析.在存在焊接缺陷的假设下,提出了对应的简化模型和加强方案,并在ABAQUS计算的基础上,对该种平台的焊接加强模型进行了强度评估,计算结果表明加强方案切实可行,应力强度满足要求.
Finite element analysis of large-scale welding frame is performed in the paper. Under the assumption of partial welding, a corresponding numerical model and related reinforced plan are provided for the stress analysis using ABAQUS. Numerical results show the proposed reinforced plan is acceptable and the practical stress distribution satisfies the requirement of designed strength.
