摘要
研发联盟和标准联盟是技术联盟的重要组成部分,也是自主创新能力培育的重要影响因素。通过分析研发联盟、标准联盟和自主创新能力协调发展可以实现自主创新能力培育链上关键环节的有效链接,促进技术联盟和自主创新能力的持续健康发展。本文利用系统动力学方法构建了研发联盟、标准联盟和自主创新能力协调发展的系统动力学模型,并在此基础上进行了模型的仿真分析。
R&D union and standard union are important sectors of the technical union and the important influencing factors for cultivating the independent innovation capability. The analysis of the coordinated development mechanism of cooperative R&D, technical standard union and independent innovation capability can help achieve an effective link of the key chains for cultivating the independent innovation capability, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of technical union and independent innovation capability. This paper constructs the system dynamics model for R&D union, standard union and independent innovation capability, and carries out the simulation analysis on this foundation.
