摘要
为了监测火力发电机组转子转速度、转加速度和零转速度,以80c198微处理器为核心,从测速齿盘或鉴相脉冲上取信号,由信号的周期计算出转速度、转加速度和零转速度。介绍了工业环境中长期连续可靠测量所需的周到而全面的考虑,着重介绍测量原理、传感器选择、信号调理、功能的转换、系统自检、报警设定及线路故障防范、标准输出等。几年来仪器现场运行结果表明,文中的观点是正确的,对其它参数监测也有借鉴作用。
In order to monitor the rotatinal velocity, rotatinal acceleration and zero retatinal velocity of the thermal power generator. This paper introduces a system in which the key component is 80c198 microprocessor. In this system, sighals are picked up from the gear used to measure the rotatinal velocity or from the phase detecting pulse, then the rotational velocity is calculated from the period of the signal. The empasis of this paper is put on the consideration needed in the long term. Continuous and reliable measurement under the industrial environment. The measurement principles, choice of sensors, adjustment of signals, transition of functions, self test of the system, alarm set up, the prevention of circuit faults and standard output, etc are mairly discussed in this paper. The operating results of this system under the industrial environment show that the viewpoints in this paper are correct and als useful for monitoring ofther parameters.
