摘要
一所大学如何构建代表自己特色的大学精神,取决于由价值取向、师德师风道德行为规范、整体精神状况构成的精神文化。教师的思想政治素质和职业道德水平直接关系到学校德育工作状况和广大学生的健康成长,关系到国家的前途命运和民族的未来。文章分析了我校师德建设的现状以及存在的不足,进而提出构建我校师德建设长效机制的几点对策。
Abstract： The university that how to construct their characteristics and spirit decided by the conception of value and teacher＇ s ethics construction. This construction related to the university＇ s ethic work and students＇ growing and nation＇ s destiny and future. The article analyzed present situation and shortcoming of our university＇ s ethic construction. Meanwhile, pointed out some ideas on how to construct the ethics work in our university.
