摘要
法律英语语言能力是我国高级应用型法律专门人才应当具备的基本能力之一。然而,电大开放教育本科法学专业学员的法律英语语言能力却未尽人意,这与该专业法律英语课程的缺位有关,并在一定程度上阻碍了该专业培养目标的实现。本文在分析法律英语的主要特点后,重点论述了电大开放教育本科法学专业开设法律英语课程的必要性和可行性,并得出结论:开放教育本科法学专业应该开设法律英语课程。
Understanding legal English is one of the essential demands for the talents of law in our country. However, the undergraduate law students in open education in TV university are poor in legal English and far from requirement, which, to some extent, results from the absence of legal English course, and eventually hinders realizing the cultivation goal of this major. After analyzing the main features of legal English, this paper explores the necessity and possibility of offering undergraduate law students legal English course in open education in TV university and finally comes to a conclusion, i. e. , TV university should offer undergraduate law students legal English course in open education.
