摘要
目的探讨提高人体解剖学教学质量的方法,为临床学科的学习打下良好的基础。方法对2006级开设了人体解剖学课程的8个5年制高职护理班中随机选取180名学生进行人体解剖学学习难点进行问卷调查,在此基础上对2007级高职大专班进行有针对性的教学改革,并对2006级及2007级学生人体解剖学考试成绩进行Wilconox秩和检验,比较差异是否有显著性。结果2007级学生人体解剖学考试成绩显著优于2006级(P<0.001)。结论有针对性的教学改革,能提高学生的学习兴趣,改善学生对人体解剖学的学习方法,从而显著提高学生的学习成绩。
Objective To investigate the methods for improving the teaching quality of human anatomy courses and laying a sound foundation for the future clinical courses among the collage students of high-level professional nursing. Methods In the 8 classes of high-level professional nursing in grade 2006, in which the human anatomy course was set, 180 students were radomizely selected, questionare investigation was carried out among them. After data analysing, teaching method reforming was developed according to the rusults. The Wilconcox rank-sum test was carded out among the records of grades 2006 and 2007 for investigate wether there is significant difference among them. Result The human anatomy examination record of students in grade 2007 was significant better than which of grade 2006 (P〈0.001). Coneluslons With selective teaching methods reforming, the students' interest on human anatomy can be enhanced and the study methods of them can be improved, and their examination records can be raised.
