摘要
利用新型温敏晶闸管的电学特性，研制出高精度的测温仪通过克服影响测温精度的不稳定因素，降低了仪器误差，使测温仪精度达００２℃。
A high precision temperature detector has been manufactured taking advantage of the electrical property of a new type of temperature transistor With instalbe factors and errors being reduced in practical application, the precision of the temperature detector is 002℃, and the sensitivity is 0001℃
