摘要
主要介绍汽车内饰件的制造工艺之一——搪塑技术。阐述了搪塑的原理,详细介绍搪塑模具的制造工艺及设计方法,分析搪塑设备的性能特点,为搪塑技术在我国汽车内饰件制造中的应用提供参考。
This article mainly describes one of the manufacturing technologies of auto interior decoration parts, which is slush-technology. The principle of slush-technology, the manufacturing technology and the design of slush-technical mould are introduced in detail analyzed, which offers reference to the application The characteristics of the slush-technology equipment are for China＇s auto interior decoration parts.
