摘要
采用粘贴式轴拉方法可实现水泥砂浆脆性材料的直接拉伸过程,在此基础上研究表面裂纹的扩展模式。研究发现,粘贴式轴拉方法可以满足一般脆性材料的直接拉伸实验,水泥砂浆脆性材料表面裂纹的存在极大地影响着材料的破坏模式,试件的正面表现出明显的二维穿透性裂纹的扩展形态,但受其影响试件的最终贯通方向不与加载方向垂直,而是呈一倾角。
The direct tension of cement and sand-slurry brittle materials can be carried out with binder. The surface crack growth mode can be studied through the experiment. Direct tension experiment for most brittle materials can be completed with binder. And surface crack in brittle materials heavily influences the fracture mode. The crack propagation on the front surface shows obvious the fracture mode of the 2D crack. The final fracture direction is not perpendicular with the loading direction, but with obliquity.
