摘要
介绍了在石灰稳定碎石土、水泥稳定碎石土和水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石土3类常用半刚性基层中加入乳化沥青后的强度和收缩变化规律,应用扫描电镜研究了掺乳化沥青半刚性基层混合料的微观结构和强度变化机理。结果表明:乳化沥青使水泥稳定碎石土的强度下降,使石灰稳定碎石土的强度增加,明显降低了3种混合料的干缩系数和温缩系数,在一定掺量范围内,掺乳化沥青可以减小半刚性基层的收缩开裂,从而使强度满足规范要求。研究成果对半刚性基层路面的防裂有一定参考价值。
The paper discusses the changing rules of intensity and constriction of the three frequently used semi-rigid rough-coat materials with emulsificated asphalt. The materials can be classified into three groups: lime stable detritus soil, cement stable detritus soil and cement-coaltar stable detritus soil. The changing mechanism of micro-structure and intensity of the semi-rigid rough-coat materials with emulsificated asphalt is studied with scanning-electricity lens. The result shows that emulsificated asphalt can make the intensity of cement stable detritus soil fall, make the intensity of lime stable detritus soil increase, and obviously make the dry-constriction parameters and the warm-constriction parameters of the three mixed materials fall. Within certain blunging scope, the emulsificated asphalt can decrease the constricting splits of semi-rigid rough coat so that the intensity can meet the requirement. The result can be some reference to avoid splits of semi-rigid rough-coat pavement.
