放射科医务人员工作应激相关影响因素调查

Job stress status and related factors of medical staffs in radiology department

目的探讨放射科医务人员的工作应激及其影响因素。方法对76名放射科医务人员采用工作应激量表与应付方式问卷进行调查，并进行Logistic回归分析。结果放射科医务人员不同性别间工作应激量表总分及各因子分均无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；护士人际关系因子分显著低于医生、医技人员（P〈0．01）；本科以上者总分及人际关系因子分显著高于大专以下者（P〈0．05）。Logistic回归分析显示，放射科医务人员文化程度、自责、退避／合理化因子与工作应激呈正相关。结论放射科医务人员不同专业、不同学历间存在不同的工作应激，在进行工作应激干预时，要充分利用积极的应付方式，以减少甚至消除工作应激的不良影响。

Objective To explore the job stress status and related factors of medical staffs in radiology department. Methods A total of 201 medical staffs were sampled from a general hospital in Changsha city, Hunan province, their job stress levels and copying style were evaluated by Job Stress Inventory（JSI） and Copying Style Questionaire（CSQ） respectively. Results The doctors and the radiographers showed higher stress level in the interpersonal subscale than the nurses. Negative copying styles（self-blame, escape and rationalization） were positively related with job stress level. The same to educational degree and job stress level. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to medical staff＇s copying style and job stress.
