摘要
目的探讨综合医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康状况,为制定心理干预措施提供依据。方法对综合医院急诊科405名在职医护人员采用症状自评量表进行心理健康状况调查,并与国内常模进行对比分析。结果急诊科医护人员症状自评量表中躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、抑郁、偏执、精神病性因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05);医生焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、偏执因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05),焦虑、恐怖因子评分均显著高于护士(P〈0.05);护士躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、偏执因子评分均显著高于常模(P〈0.05)。结论综合医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康水平低于一般人群。护士的突出问题是人际关系、躯体化、强迫症状、偏执和抑郁;医生的突出问题是恐怖、焦虑、偏执和抑郁。应针对医护人员的心理问题给予相应的心理干预。
Objective To explore the mental health status of medical staff in emergency department of general hospital in order to provide a basis for psychological intervention. Methods 405 on-job medical staff were examined with symptoms checklist(SCL-90) for their mental health status, the results were compared with national norm. Results Compared with national norm on SCL-90, the scores of somatozation, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, depression, paranoid and psychosis of medical staff of emorgeucy oept, were obviously higher (P〈0.05). The scores of anxiety, depression, phobia and paranoid of the doctors were higher than those of national norm, and the scores of anxiety and phobia were higher than those of the nurses. The scores of somatozation, obsess, interpersonal relationship, depression and paranoid of the nurses were obviously higher than those of national norm. Conclusion The mental health status of the medical staff in emergency department of general hospital is poor. The medical staff should be paid related psychological intervention.
