当今生活在城市小区中的人们虽然近在咫尺,却似相隔天涯,完全失缺了传统的邻里关系。文章分析了现代邻里关系存在的问题及其原因,并对如何建立新型邻里关系进行了探讨。

Now the people in urban residential quarter see little of each other though living nearby. Traditional neighborhood relations have completely vanished. This paper analyses the problem existing in modern neighborhood relations, and the reason of the problem emerging. This paper also inquires into how to establish new neighborhood relations.
