我国高等师范院校开设公共体育课的目的是全面贯彻党的教育方针,为国家培养未来全面和谐发展的教育人才.为此,针对现代体育教学的要求及高等师范院校的特点,对公共体育教学进行索性改革及研究,构建了符合高等师范院校培养目标和教学规律的公共体育教学综合优化模式.

The aim of the common physical education of China＇s teacher＇s colleges and universities is to carry out comprehensively the party＇s educational policy,train and bring up the educational personnel with the comprehensive and harmonious development for the future. Therefore, in view of the modern P. E teaching＇s request and the characteristics of the teacher＇s colleges and universities,we have carried on a series of the P. E Teaching reform and research and have constructed the synthesical and optimized model of the P. E. teaching qualified for the training goal and teaching law of the teacher＇s colleges and universities.
