摘要
目的分析与比较不同产地玫瑰花挥发油的化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)计算机联用技术。结果产于平阴的传统玫瑰分离出36种化合物,确认了24种;产于北京妙峰山的分离出39种化合物,确认了23种;产于张家口的分离出33种化合物,确认了18种;产于平阴的丰花一号分离出28种化合物,确认了22种;产于甘肃枯水的分离出69种化合物,确认了25种;产于吴江的分离出70种化合物,确认了26种;产于河南延岭的分离出36种化合物,确认了20种;产于定陶的大红花分离出55种化合物,确认了24种;从甘肃市售的分离出58种化合物,确认了23种。结论不同产地玫瑰花挥发油的成分和含量有一定的差异。
Objective To analyze the constituents of volatile oils from Flos Rosae Rugosae in different areas. Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was employed. Results Thirty-six compounds were separated from the traditional rose in Pingyin with twenty-four compounds identified; thirty-nine in Beijing Miaofeng Mountain with twenty-three identified; thirty-three in Zhangjiakou with eighteen identified; twenty-eight from the rose named as Fenghua No. 1 in Pingyin with twenty-two identified; sixty-nine in Gansu with twenty-five identified; Seventy in Wujiang with twenty-six identified; Thirty-six in Henan with twenty identified; fifty-five in Dingtao with twenty-four identified; fifty-eight from the rose sold in the market in Gansu with twenty-three identified. Condusion There is difference in the constituents and contents of volatile oils from Flos Rosae Rugosae in different areas.
