Determination of Amino Acids in Ocular Extractives Injection

目的测定眼氨肽注射液中氨基酸的含量。方法用AccQ.Tag方法对该注射液中氨基酸进行衍生化处理,反相HPLC分离衍生产物,用紫外监测器以外标法定量检验衍生化物。结果用该法测得的6种氨基酸含量符合规定。结论所用方法结果准确可靠,可用于眼氨肽注射液中氨基酸的含量测定。

Objective To determine the contents of amino acids in Ocular Extractives Injection. Methods The AccQ · Tag method was used for the derivatization of amino acids in Ocular Extractives Injection, then the derivatives were separated by RP-HPLC with UV detector. The external standard method was used for the deterruination of derivatives. Results The contents of six amino acids conformed to the drug standard. Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable for the determination of amino acids in Ocular Extractives Injection.
