摘要
目的探讨使用关节镜诊治Hoffa病的疗效。方法2001年7月至2006年1月为45例膝关节Hoffa病患者行关节镜下髌脂肪垫部分切除术,按膝关节疼痛与活动情况评定疗效。结果患者获得6～32月随访,平均17个月,疗效评价优32例,良9例,差4例,整体优良率91.1%。结论关节镜髌下脂肪垫部分切除术治疗Hoffa病具有患者创伤小、康复快、疗效可靠等优点。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of arthroscopic surgery for Hoffa＇s disease. Methods From July 2001 to January 2006, forty-five patients with Hoffa＇ s disease were treated with arthroscopic partial excision of infrapatellar fat pad. The efficiency was evaluated by pain score and mobility of knee joint. Results All the cases were followed up with an average of 17 months （from 6 to 32 months）. The efficiency was excellent in thirty-two cases, good in nine cases and poor in four cases. The total excellent and good rate was 91.1%. Conclusion The arthroscopic partial excision of infrapatellar fat pad for Hoffa＇ s disease is effective and less invasive to patients.
