摘要 动脉粥样硬化是许多心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础,抗动脉粥样硬化的新药研究发展迅速。本文按作用机制分类,概述了动脉粥样硬化治疗药物的研究状况。 Atherosclerosis(AS) is the main pathological basis for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This article overviews the current research and development of anti-atherosclerosis drugs according to the different mechanisms of action.
