氧化应激与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的相关性 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨氧化应激与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的相关性。方法检测29例OSAHS患者和30例正常人血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的水平。结果OSAHS患者血清中SOD、T-AOC的水平较正常对照组增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05),OSAHS轻度组与重度组的SOD、丙二醛、T-AOC水平,差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05),丙二醛水平与呼吸暂停低通气指数及最低血氧饱和度相关性最好。结论OSAHS患者因间断缺氧致体内活性氧增多,发生氧化应激反应,机体的抗氧化能力降低;氧化损伤程度以及活性氧的产生与OSAHS患者病情分度呈正相关,而抗氧化能力、抗氧化损伤的程度与OSAHS患者病情分度呈负相关;丙二醛与OSAHS患者的病情相关性最好。 Objective To investigate the relationship between oxidative stress and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods 29 patients with OSAHS without hypertension or coronary heart disease and 30 normal controls were studied. Malondiadehyde, superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and total-antioxidant capability (T-AOC) in morning blood samples were measured using standard techniques. Result8 When compared with control group, the concentration of SOD and the level of T-AOC were significantly higher in OSAHS group (P 〈0.05), moreover, the concentration of malondiadehyde was positively correlated with apnea hyponea index or lowest oxygen saturation. Conclusion The intermittent hypoxia of OSAHS may result in the increase of reactive oxygen species and oxidative stress, and the anti-oxidative ability in the body becomes gradually decreased. The development of OSAHS is closely related to the changes of oxidative stress and the anti-oxidative ability.
