摘要 目的研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达与预后指数及甲状腺癌中微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法用免疫组化Elivision法检测64例甲状腺癌组织标本的VEGF、VEGF-C、CD34表达,按欧洲癌症治疗研究组织的甲状腺癌预后指数计算法计算甲状腺癌患者的预后指数。结果随着VEGF及VEGF-C表达的增高,MVD显著增高。甲状腺癌组织中VEGF、VEGF-C、MVD与预后指数之间均存在显著的正相关关系。结论VEGF、VEGF-C的表达水平反映甲状腺癌组织中微血管的形成情况,用做甲状腺癌的预后辅助指标。 Objective To study the relationship between microvessel angiopoiesis and prognostic factors in thyroid carcinoma. Methods The Elivision immunohistochemistry was adopted to detect the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and CD34 in 64 cases of thyroid carcinoma. The prognostic index of the patients was calculated according to the prognostic index on thyroid carcinoma of European Organization for Research on Treatment of Cancer. Results The expression of microvessel density (MVD) increased evidently as the expressions of VEGF and VEGF-C increased (P 〈0.05). There was significant positive correlation between the expressions of VEGF, VEGF-C, MVD and prognostic index (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and VEGF-C may be used to reflect the microvessel angiopoiesis and prognosis of thyroid carcinoma.
