摘要
根据模糊数学综合程度估计法,建立了一种设备分类管理的综合程度估计模型.模型中把评价者分成三组,而影响设备重要程度的因素组成因素集.从每一组评价者中各成员对设备各因素所做的评价,得到对某设备集体评价的点估计值.通过对各类评价者加权获得设备关于因素集的程度分布,再用综合函数获得设备关于因素集的综合程度估计.实例分析表明,模型为现代企业中的众多设备进行分类管理提供了一种经济合理的办法.
By means of Fuzzy mathematics a comprehensive degree evaluation model for equipment classification management is set up. In the model, the persons evaluating equipment are classified into three groups, and factors determining important degree of equipment in modern company make up a factor set. At the beginning, every person in the three groups evaluates a factor in the set to get a point evaluation value of the equipment. Then the point evaluation values are put on different weights to obtain the degree distribution of the equipment about the factor set. Finally, a comprehensive function is used to get the comprehensive degree evaluation of equipment for the factor set. An illustrative example is given to show how the model is applied. The model provides an economical and reasonable way to classify and manage equipment for modern company.
