Upon the field road and risky point survey, a productive vehicle MIS, synthetically combining the advanced 3S spacial technology, computer information system and network communications technology is developed. It integrated security monitor, archives management, vehicles assignation and the entire fee balance flow, etc. and made some innovation on the management of productive vehicle security and fee management. It is an ideal system under the current technique condition.
