摘要
以连续梁作为内燃机曲轴的计算模型,以克服简支梁模型由于简化而无法考虑一些较为重要的载荷的缺点。此模型可用于分析曲轴所受轴颈和轴承载荷,任意截面弯矩、扭矩以及这些载荷在一个工作循环中的变化情况。给出了对一种16缸四冲程V型柴油机曲轴载荷的算例。
To overcome the drawbacks of simply supported beam model that neglects some important loads due to simplification, a continuous beam model is proposed to calculate the loads acting on crankshafts of internal combustion engines. With this model, the loads acting on bearings and journals, bending and torque moments on any cross sections, as well as their variations in a working cycle, can be analyzed. As an example, the loads on the crankshaft of a 16V diesel engine is calculated.
