润滑脂对 100C6 碳钢微动磨损的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对100C6碳钢在润滑脂工况和干态工况下进行了试验研究。分析了润滑脂对微动磨损的影响机理,阐述了润滑脂介质作用的微动破坏过程。发现在润滑脂作用下,微动磨损过程与干态下不完全相同,其三体作用功能不如干态明显。 Fretting experiments are carried out on 100c6 steel under dry and grease lubricated conditions. The mechanics of wears by fretting under the grease lubricated condition is analyzed. The results indicate that for the same wear of 100c6 steel by fretting, the cycles under grease lubricated condition is over 10 times greater than those under dry condition. The fretting process under grease lubricated condition is not the same as that under dry condition, and the effect of the third body under the former condition is not as obvious as that under the latter condition.
