摘要
以聚环硫丙烷等3种聚硫醚低聚物作萃取剂,用浸渍法将其填充在交联大孔聚苯乙烯树脂中制得3种萃淋树脂.研究了它们对贵金属离子的吸附性能.其中以含聚环硫丙烷的为最好.它对银、钯、金有较高的吸附容量。
Three levextrel type extraction resins (EpⅠ,EpⅡ,EpⅢ) were synthesized by reaction of macroporous crosslinked polystyrene(E) with three kinds of oligomer polythioethers respectively. Polythioethers: CH 2 CH CH 2R S R=H(pⅠ),OC 2H 5(pⅡ),SAr(pⅢ) The adsorption capacities and selectivities of the resins for Au(Ⅲ),Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅳ),Ag(Ⅰ) and Hg(Ⅱ) were determined.It is found that EpⅠ is the best among these three resins.Its capcities for Au(Ⅲ),Pd(Ⅱ),Pt(Ⅳ),Ag(Ⅰ),Hg(Ⅱ) are 0.72,1.88,0.51,2.36 and 0.65 (mmol/g) respectively.These resins adsorb Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ) hardly.The Ag(Ⅰ) adsorbed on EpⅠ can be desorbed easily and fast by rinsing with a NH 3 aqueous solution,and then resin is regenerated.The adsorption capacity of EpⅠ reused for three times for Ag(Ⅰ) was nearly the same as the original.
