摘要
用扫描电镜的方法对泽泻科所有属植物果皮的微形态进行了观察.结果表明Damasonium,Baldelia属具有蜡质附属物,仅Damasonium属果皮上有气孔器分布等特征可作为属间分类的重要依据.鉴于属内果皮微形态特征相似性程度较高,依据果实的形态及类型、表皮细胞的形状等特征作出了泽泻科11属的分类检索表.初步探讨了果皮的微形态特征在泽泻科中的分类学意义,认为这一性状对该科属级水平的划分有重要的作用.
The micromorphological characters of fruit coats of 25 species of 11 genera of Alismataceae was detected by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the epidermal cells of fruit coats of two genera,i.e. Damasonium and Baldellia have waxy appendages and there are stomatal apparatus in the fruit coats of Damasonium. These features can be important characters for the division of genera.According to fruit shape、fruit type and the micromorphological characters of fruit coats,a key of Alismataceae was given.
