摘要
以原位PCR方法在培养的HICMA细胞中进行了Y染色体上单拷贝SRY基因的原位扩增,并使用PCR方法制备的地高辛标记探针原位检测了所扩增的片段.比较研究表明,原位PCR法较之直接的原位杂交法。
The single copy SRY gene was amplified by in situ PCR in cultured HICMA cells and the amplified products were detected with digoxigenin labeled probes generated using the PCR. Comparative studies indicated that in situ PCR is more than 5 times sensitive than in situ hybridization.
