摘要
鉴于对房屋流转的现实需求,我国应尽快建立健全农村房屋产权的流转制度。这不仅能给农民带来实惠,同时有益于缓解城市住房紧张和房价居高不下的压力。先提出地震后住房产权之争的事实,以都江堰为例对我国农村住房产权现状和现行住房产权制度进行了分析,并针对住房产权纠纷的解决提出了一些建议。
In view of the real demand for the circulation of housing, China should establish and improve the circulation system of housing property right in rural areas as soon as possible, which is of benefit to farmers and can ease the pressure of high prices of housing in urban areas. Firstly, the paper states the fact of housing property right dispute after the earthquake ; secondly, based on a case study of Dujiangyan, it analyzes the existing circumstances and system of housing property right in rural areas; and finally, it offers some proposals for settling housing property right disputes.
