摘要
以单质硫为惟一能源对氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans)进行了12 d的浸出实验,测定了菌量和硫酸量.考察了最初24 h内菌量、亚硫酸盐量.结果表明:培养第5 d后吸附态菌量达到最大值,而游离态菌在第4 d才出现生长,第9 d后该菌量达到最大值.菌体在单质硫的等温吸附行为符合Langmuir方程,且pH在3.0-6.0范围变化对菌体吸附量影响较小.在无菌条件下,亚硫酸氢钠的消除为零级反应;在有菌条件下,随初始pH提高,亚硫酸氢钠的消除量增加.在相同pH条件下,游离态菌对亚硫酸氢钠消除量大于吸附态菌.
The bioleaching experiments for twelve days were carried out with a pure culture of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans in the medium containing only elemental sulfur as the sole energy source, in which bacteria and sulfuric acid concentrations were monitored at intervals. The amount of cells and sulfite were investigated during the first twenty four hours of incubation. The results show that the attached bacteria concentration reached the maximum value after the 5th day of cultivation, whereas the growth of suspended bacteria occurred from the 4th day and the maximum free cell concentration occurred after the 9th day. The adsorption isotherms of cells on elemental sulfur conform to the Langmuir equation, and the adsorption of bacteria varies little with pH values of 3.0--6.0. The elimination of sulfite obeys the zero-order kinetics in sterile solutions, and the decomposition of sulfite enhances with the increasing of initial pH of inoculated solutions. The free bacteria have greater capability to remove sodium hydrogen sulfite than absorbed bacteria at same pH value.
