2008年伴随着国际油价的跌宕起伏及席卷全球的金融危机,中国石油和化学工业的产值和效益从高峰跌入低谷。规模以上石油和化学工业企业实现工业总产值64 572.35亿元,同比上升23.68%,比上年增幅上升1.59百分点,石油和化学工业产销率比上年同期下降0.65百分点,销售收入为58 767.71亿元,上升26.12%,比上年略增3.94百分点。下半年呈现市场需求萎缩,产品价格大幅下降,产品积压,开工率不足的不利局面。2009年石油和化学工业形势将更为严峻。

The production value and benefit of China＇s petroleum and chemical industries in 2008 fell to the bottom from the peak, with the undulation of the international oil price and the sweeping tide of the global economic crisis. The value produced by above scale industries of petroleum and chemicals was 6 457.235 billion yuan totally, which was 23.68% more than the previous year with a volume of 1.59 percentage points increase. The ratio of production to sales declined by 0.65% than that in 2（107, with a sales income of 5 876.771 billion yuan, which was lifted by 26.12% compared with 2007, an increase of 3.94 percentage points.The market shnmk in the last half year of 2008,the prices of products declined greatly,and a situation of overstock and insutfficient operating rate had appeared. The conditions will turn to be even harder for the industries in 2009.
