摘要
优选青玉米中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件.以芦丁的含量为考察指标,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量,采用单因素和正交实验法对玉米须黄酮的提取工艺进行优选.最佳提取工艺条件为青玉米须粗粉加30倍量60%的乙醇,温度80℃,提取时间2 h.
Objective :To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from the green corn silk. Method:The single factor test and orthogonal design method were used to optimize extraction process for total flavonoids of the green corn silk with the amount of Rutin as observing index. Conclusion:The optimum condition of the extraction process was that the raw powder of Zea mays L. was combined with 30 folds volume of 60% alcohol solvent,the temperature is at 80 ℃ and the extraction time is in two hours.
