摘要
目的通过对PFMC基底表面处理,定量检测镍铬合金经过无氰镀金后Ni离子析出量的变化,以分析筛选适用于口腔临床镀金要求的基底表面处理方式。方法将镍铬合金喷砂试件和镍铬合金抛光试件经过无氰镀金后,与镍铬合金试件共6组分别在pH6.8正常唾液环境和pH5.6的酸性环境浸泡一周后,利用Z-5000原子吸收分光光度计检测浸泡过的溶液Ni离子的析出量。结果pH6.8镍铬合金抛光试件与喷砂试件镀金后的Ni离子析出量相差不明显,pH5.6镍铬合金抛光试件Ni离子析出量明显降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论基底经过抛光镀金后的Ni离子析出降低,合金表面稳定性明显提高。

Conclusion The basement surface polished gold-plated approach after the nickel-chromium alloy surface markedly improved stability and lowered ion precipitation.
