热侧压牙胶根管充填术的临床疗效
Clinical evaluation on warm lateral condensation of Gutta-perche for filling root canals
摘要
目的观察热侧压牙胶根管充填术的临床疗效。方法随机选择200例单根管患牙,实验组用热侧压牙胶充填术,对照组用传统冷侧压牙胶充填术,比较两组的根管充填效果及术后疼痛发生率。结果两组的恰填率无显著性差异(P>0.05),热侧压牙胶充填术组的欠填率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热侧压牙胶根管充填术改善了牙胶的根管适应性,提高了临床根管充填效果。
