摘要
采用RAPD技术对27个大麻品种进行了分类研究。从300个10 bp随机引物中筛选出34个扩增效果较好的引物进行扩增,共产生261条带,其中233条为多态性带,占89.27%,根据扩增结果构建反映品种间亲缘关系的UPGMA聚类图,27个品种可划分为3大类。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)was used to study the classification of 27 hemp cuhivars. Thirty-four 10 hp primers selected from 300 arbitrary primers were applied for amplifying the hemp DNA. Total 261 bands were pro- dueed ,among which 233 bands(89.27%)were polyrnorphic. A dendrogram showed that genetic relationships was constructed through an unweighted pair-group method(UPGMA)based on the DNA polymorphism and the 27 cultivars were clustered into 3 main groups.
