摘要
在180~230°C、2.1MPa条件下,于三相鼓泡淤浆床反应器中,采用细颗粒催化剂和某高沸点溶剂作液相热载体对乙烯直接氧化制环氧乙烷(EO)过程进行了研究。考察了温度、原料气组成、质量空速和固含率对反应后环氧乙烷含量及选择率的影响。
Equilibrium solubilities (C*) of O_2, CO_2, C_2H_4 and N_2 in high boiling point solvent were measured at elevated temperatures of 60-230°C and under pressures of 0.15-1.3MPa in an agitated autoclave. According to the change of pressures during the pure gas solution in the solvent, solubilities for O_2,CO_2,C_2H_4 and N_2 were calculated. Under operating conditions, the C* of O_2, CO_2, C_2H_4 and N_2 in the solvent increased with pressure. Solubilities for O_2,CO_2 and C_2H_4 decreased with an increase in temperature but that of N_2 increased with temperature. The relationships of solubility coefficient for O_2,CO_2,C_2H_4 and N_2 with temperature were correlated.
