摘要
研究了文题物质的性能,考察了磺化程度对脂蛋白吸附效果的影响。结果表明,磺化羟丙基壳聚糖凝胶具有良好的选择吸附性能,是一种新型低密度脂蛋白吸附剂。可使血浆总胆固醇下降35%~60%,低密度脂蛋白和极低密度脂蛋白下降60%~90%,而高密度脂蛋白无显著变化。干基吸附容量约为4~9mg/g(胆固醇/干胶),且干基吸附容量随磺化程度的提高而增大。
The selective adsorption of lowdensity lipoproteins (LDL) by hydroxylpropyl chitosangel sulfate (HPCSSGel) was studied. The effect of the extent of sulfation on the LDLadsorption was investigated. Experimental results showed that, HPCSSGel possessed good property for the selective adsorption of LDL, and it′s a novel LDLadsorbent. The reduction percentages were about 35% ̄60% for total cholesterol, about 60% ̄90% for LDL and very lowdensity lipoproteins. There was no significant changes for the level of highdensity lipoproteins. The adsorption capacity based on dry resin was from 4-9mg/g(cholesterol/dry resin), and it was improved with the increment of the extent of sulfation of HPCSSGel.
