摘要
研究了低浓度下(<20g/L)L-赖氨酸与亚微米级阳离子交换树脂的相互作用,发现其吸附等温线为极化模型吸附等温线,可用deBoerZwikker公式关联,表现为多分子层吸附。这与(商品)L-赖氨酸在亚毫米阳离子交换树脂上的单分子层的Langmuir等温线有明显差别。
The adsorption characterization of L-lysine in the concentration of 20g/L on submicronsized polymeric particles (SSPP) and normal cationexchange resin (JK008 resin) were studied in detail. The obvious differences between the adsorption of two resins were found in the study, The adsorption isotherm of L-lysine on SSPP can be simulated by de Boer Zwikker's equation for the polarization model while that on JK008 resin should be described by Langmuir's equation.
