摘要
在催化剂存在下研究了温度和填充度对碳酸二甲酯(DMC)水解反应的影响。结果表明:在一定的温度下,DMC的水解速率随填充度的增加而下降;在一定的填充度下,DMC的水解速率随反应温度的提高而增加。即使填充度增加至0.9,反应温度降低至150℃,DMC的最终转化率仍可达到100%。
The temperature and the packing density of dimethyl carbonate in the hydrolytic reaction in the presence of catalyst were studied.The experimental results show that the hydrolytic reaction rate of dimethyl carbonate was decreased with increasing packing density at fixed temperature and the hydrolytic reaction rate of DMC was increased with increasing temperature under fixed packing density.The research indicated that when the packing density was increased 0.9 and the temperature was decreased 150℃,the conversion rate of DMC reached 100%.
