诊断剂量的超声辐射对人类早孕绒毛和蜕膜组织细胞的影响 被引量:2

Effects of diagnostic ultrasound on human villous and deciduas cells in early pregnancy

摘要 目的:探讨不同辐射时间的诊断超声检查对早期妊娠绒毛和蜕膜细胞的影响。方法:将50例正常早期妊娠妇女随机平均分为对照组(0辐射)、Ⅰ组(5min辐射)、Ⅱ组(10min辐射)、Ⅲ组(20min辐射)和Ⅳ组(30min辐射),共5组,在超声辐射后24h取绒毛和蜕膜组织进行细胞凋亡状态检测。结果:持续20min以上的诊断剂量超声辐射使绒毛细胞凋亡水平上升,持续30min以上的诊断剂量超声辐射使蜕膜细胞凋亡水平上升(P<0.05)。结论:诊断剂量的超声辐射可以诱导早孕绒毛和蜕膜细胞凋亡,而且随着辐射时间的延长细胞凋亡水平不同程度的增高,从优生优育方面的考虑,早期妊娠超声诊断应在尽可能短的时间内完成。 Objective: To study the influence of diagnostic ultrasound with differ continue time to villous and deciduas cells in early pregnancy. Methods : 50 early pregnancy women were randomly divided into 5 groups equally: 0 ( control group) , Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ (irradiated for 5, 10, 20 and 30 minutes respectively), Sample of villous and deciduas after 24 hours for check apoptosis were collected. Results : The apoptosis indexes of villous by continuous irradiation of diagnostic ultrasound for more than 20 minutes and deciduas by continuous irradiation of diagnostic ultrasound more than 30 minutes were increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The irradiation of diagnostic ultrasound can lead villous and deciduas to apoptosis, and apoptosis indexes are increased with the time lengthen. The time of diagnostic ultrasound in early pregnancy must be as short as possible for safety.
