摘要
针对氢气泡测速法在连铸板坯结晶器中应用的可靠性,从氢气泡的跟随性、氢气泡偏离发泡丝所在平面、阴极丝的尾流区以及平均速度等影响测速的几个方面进行了详细分析,认为氢气泡测速法用于板坯连铸水模拟结晶器中的流速测量有一定的精度.
The reliability of hydrogen bubble velocity measurement method used in the crystallizer of continuous slab casting is analyzed in detail according to follow up ability of hydrogen bubbles, the deviation of hydrogen bubbles from location plane of bubble generating wire, the wake behind cathode filament, and average velocity. It is confirmed that a necessary accuracy of velocity measurement exists with this method applied to the crystallizer of hydraulically simulated continuous slab casting.
