摘要
以车床主轴的回转误差为例,分析了由于主轴的纯径向跳动和纯轴向窜动而造成被加工工件横截面的几何形状误差,以及由此产生的加工误差的大小,得出了这两种误差对加工精度影响的各种结果.
Taking lathe spindle rotary error as an example due to machine spindle pure radial pulsation and pure axial shifting geometric form error of workpiece cross section and the magnitude of subsequent machining error are analyzed. Various influences of both errors on machining precision are obtained.
